September 2013
Each school set up an Environmental Awareness Group (EAG) with members of the local community.  Schools produce and share a presentation outlining their vision for developing environmental awareness, culture and information about our schools.
October 2013
Project blog to be set up – CVIS to coordinate. Begin to set up recycling areas, mini-beast houses and conservation gardens to encourage wildlife.
November 2013
Each school to set up a central Comenius Display area and page on website, (where possible) to report developments.  Invite the EAG to contribute ideas.  Mobility to England.  Following mobility each school to produce a report including information on developments, photos and future actions.
December 2013
Create greeting cards, (Christmas and New Year) using recycled materials to promote conservation of the environment.  Make calendars using photos/pictures of our school locality in the wintertime.  Send to partner schools or present to partner schools on next Mobility.
January 2014
Each country to design and produce a project logo using simple paint programs, (and other mediums).  Continue open dialogue using blog, email and websites.
February 2014
Mobility to France.
Following mobility each school to produce a report including information on developments, photos and future actions. 
Produce leaflets/reports/drawings/models of wildlife/conservation gardens/outside learning areas under the heading 'How We Look After Our World’.  Add reports to blog/websites where possible.  Each school to hold a community exhibition to share work covered so far.
March 2014
International Day - Learning how different countries celebrate Spring/Easter.
Prepare greetings cards, (Spring and Easter) using a variety of mediums including ICT.  Invite EAG to do an assembly on the impact of the project on our schools. 
April 2014
Each partner school to produce poetic sentences about how they help the environment. This will be collated to produce a Comenius song (titled We Can Make a Difference) beginning:
'We can make a difference, this is what we do.  We can make a difference, we can see it through'.
Song will celebrate the aims of the project as well as promoting sustainability.  Each school will send their words to CVIS to collate.
May 2014
Mobility to Spain  
Following mobility each school to produce a report including information, photos and actions for development. Presentation of song by CVIS. Scores/song sheets/backing tracks to be shared. Each school record their pupils singing song and upload to blog/schooltube/websites.
June 2014
Evaluation of year.
End of Year Report to National Agencies
July/August 2014
Homework project - Children to collect photos of their local areas and keep a scrap book/diary of measures to improve it this will help establish the outreach element of the project to the local community.
September 2014
Add photos and diaries to school Comenius displays.
Design posters demonstrating how the local community can look after the environment. Each school to submit a poster to competition coordinator to produce a joint poster representing aims of project titled ‘Our Europe’.
October 2014
Mobility to Sweden.
Following mobility each school to produce a report including information, photos and actions for development.
Traffic surveys to start work on exploring effects of traffic pollution and how it can be reduced. Town/parish council to meet with the EAG to produce an assembly disseminating information.  Podcast/video/skype to share with partner schools. 
November 2014
EAG to write an article for local newspaper explaining the aims and successes of the project.
December 2014
Create greetings and cards for partner schools. Each school to send rhyme/song idea which promotes environmental awareness and upload to blog/schooltube. 
January 2015
Children use cameras & videos to record wild-life in the outside learning area. Comenius display will report to governors & parents how these areas having developed.
February 2015
Start growing Logs.  What do we need to grow healthy plants. Which plants encourage wildlife?  Children plant a selection of plants/trees in outside learning areas and begin growing logs.
March 2015
Continue growing logs.  Update displays and websites/blog.  Each school to produce pages for collaborative book.  Activity coordinator to collate and disseminate.
April 2015
Saving Energy Packs - Resources/information showing how we can save energy at school and at home.
May 2015
Mobility  to UK.
Following mobility each school to produce a report including information, photos and actions for development.
Swap Saving Energy Packs and disseminate information to pupils, staff, parents and governors.
June 2015
Complete end of year reports and joint reports evaluating learning and developments.
July 2015
Submit reports to National Agencies.
